• Where can I get my coupon cone?

Your coupon code will automatically send to your email after beeing approved as an affiliate. This coupon will give -10% to the customer and 10% commision to you.

• Am I able to use the referral URL to get commission?

Yes, you are able to use your unique referral URL to get 10% commission, but there will be no discount for the customer. You are able to find your unique URL in the Creatives section.

• Am I able to make a custom URL link?

Yes, you are able to make custom URL, if you want to promote specific product or page. You are able to make it in the Creatives section.

• What are the creatives?

On the Creatives section you are able to find and download materials for promotion purposes. 

• How can I track my sales and revenue?

You are able to see your sales, visitors and revenue from your affiliate control panel in Overview and Sales sections.

• Am I able to use my own code for my own purchase?

Yes, you are able to use your code for your own purchases.

• When should I expect a payout?

Payouts are expected first day of every month, if your income is more than €25. If you haven’t earned €25 since your last payment, we’ll pay you the following month after you’ve crossed the threshold. Payments are made manual aka bank transfer or via PayPal. When choosing PayPal, please be aware of the transaction fee 4,4% what will be subtract from your payout. We are not responsible if you enter wrong payment details, please make sure to double check it.

• Can I change my payout method?

Yes, you are able to change it in your Edit Profile section.

• I choosed manual transfer. Where can I fill out my bank account details for the payouts?

If manual transfer is selected, please add your bank account information (account number and card holder`s name) to the additional information field in the Edit Profile section.
