Delivery Information

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email to say your order is being ‘processed’ and then ‘complete’. Once ‘complete’ it means your order has been dispatched and on its way to you. All orders will be fulfilled and shipped out within 3 business days. During launches and discounted sales the orders can take up to 5 days to ship out.

Domestic orders usually arrive within 1-2 business days after shipping out. International orders will take up to 10 business days to arrive. Due to the Covid-19 situation there may be some delays.

International orders are shipped out with Omniva and can be tracked on their website.

Returns & Exchange

Subject to exceptions, we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to return or exchange the goods, please send us a email to 

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition. Care must be taken when trying on clothing, so please ensure you are not wearing any makeup, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. Items must be returned at the customer’s expense and you must post via recorded delivery in case your order is lost. Your refund can take anywhere between 1-14 days to process and all refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Luminescence Collection reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition.
