Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email saying ” Your order is being processed”. We will process your order as fast as possible. 🙂 Usually it takes 24h to process your order. However in some cases it may take up to 5 business days, for example during launches and discounted sales. We will notify you when we have finished processing your order with an email “Your order is now completed”. Once it is completed it means your order has been dispatched and on its way to you.
For domestic orders we are using Ominva and Itella Smartpost parcel machine. Domestic orders usually arrive within 1-2 business days after shipping out. When making a domestic order you will automatically receive a tracking link with ” Your order is now completed” email.
International orders will be sent out with DHL Express, Estonian Post Omniva or Itella Smartpost (Finland). All of these delivery methods are trackable on their website. Orders with DHL Express will take up to 3 business days to arrive and orders with Omniva will take up to 14 days to arrive. Due to the Covid-19 situation there may be some delays.
Returns & Exchange
Subject to exceptions, we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to return or exchange the goods, please send us a email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fill the form HERE
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition. Care must be taken when trying on clothing, so please ensure you are not wearing any makeup, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. Items must be returned at the customer’s expense and you must post via recorded delivery in case your order is lost. Your refund can take anywhere between 1-14 days to process and all refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Luminescence Collection reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition.
