Delivery Information

We try our very best to post out your order the same day once it has been processed.  However, some debit/credit card merchants are not always as quick and this can cause a small delay.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email to say your order is being ‘processed’ and then ‘complete’. Once ‘complete’ it means your order has been dispatched and on its way to you. 🙂

Returns & Exchange

Subject to exceptions, we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery. This excludes Sundays and Bank Holidays. If you wish to return of exchange the good, please send us a email to or fill the contact form here.

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition and any tags must be intact and still attached to the product.

Care must be taken when trying on clothing, so please ensure you are not wearing any makeup, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.

Items must be returned at the customer’s expense and you must post via recorded delivery in case your order is lost.

Your refund can take anywhere between 1-14 days to process and all refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Luminescence Collection reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition.
