Shipping & Delivery
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email saying ” Your order is being processed”. We will process your order as fast as possible. 🙂 Usually it takes 24h to process your order. However in some cases it may take up to 5 business days, for example during launches and discounted sales. We will notify you when we have finished processing your order with an email “Your order is now completed”. Once it is completed it means your order has been dispatched and on its way to you.
Domestic orders
For domestic orders we are using DPD, Ominva and Itella Smartpost parcel machine. Domestic orders usually arrive within 2 business days after shipping out. When making a domestic order you will automatically receive a tracking link with ” Your order is now completed” email.
International orders
International orders will be sent out with DPD, will arrive in 6-10 business days and are trackable on their website.
