Subject to exceptions, we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to return or exchange the goods, please send us a email to info@luminescencecollection.com

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition. Care must be taken when trying on clothing, so please ensure you are not wearing any makeup, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. Items must be returned at the customer’s expense and you must post via recorded delivery in case your order is lost. Your refund can take anywhere between 1-14 days to process and all refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Luminescence Collection reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition.
