Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! You may find our delivery information HERE.  Please keep in mind that shipping costs for international orders do not include any custom or duty fees your purchase may incur.

When will I expect a restock?

We are sorry, but there is not going to be a restock in any items. We want you to feel unique and special, that is why we are doing everything just once. 🙂

When would I expect a new launch?

Since we are making everything from scratch, it will take many months to get our products as perfect as we wish. But we are trying our best to bring new outfit after every two months.

I ordered a wrong size/color. May I change it?

Yes. You may change or retun your items in 14 days after reciving them. If you wish to do so, please contact us HERE. Before sending the unwanted good baxk to us, please follow our retun policy HERE

What fabric do you use?

All our items are made from soft, stretchy and high quality nylon/spandex blend (if not marked differently on product page).

How should I take care of my Luminescence clothes?

If not noted differently on product page, wash inside out, with 30°.
