Frequently Asked Questions

We ship most of the European countries. You may find our delivery information HERE.  Please keep in mind that shipping costs do not include any custom or duty fees your purchase may incur.

As much as we’d love to be able to give the heads up about product restocks, unfortunately, we are unable to confirm exact dates.

However, not all is lost. To find out when an item is restocked, select the ‘notify me when available’ button on our product pages (below the item sizes). This will allow you to select the size you want and enter your email address to be notified as soon as it’s available again. It’s that simple!

We try to bring new outfits to you in every month or two.

Yes. You may change or return your items in 14 days after receiving them. If you wish to do so, please contact us HERE. Before sending the unwanted goods back to us, please follow our return policy HERE

If not noted differently on product page, wash inside out, with gentle wash program and use temperature 30°- 40°
